Biotinylated Mouse IL-15, Fc,Avitag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Asn 49 - Ser 162.

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 41.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
Passed as determined by the HABA assay / binding ELISA.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Glycine, Arginine and NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Biotinylated Mouse IL-15, Fc,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
Immobilized Mouse IL-15 R alpha Fc Chimera Protein at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Mouse IL-15, Fc,Avitag with a linear range of 0.156-5 μg/mL (QC tested).
Protocol
Biotinylated Mouse IL-15, Fc,Avitag stimulates proliferation of CTLL-2 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.531-1.999 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
