蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 28.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-48 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

标记（Biotinylation）

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Passed as determined by the HABA assay / binding ELISA.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Biotinylated Human M-CSF, His,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

 

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA

Immobilized Human M-CSF R, Fc Tag  at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human M-CSF, His,Avitag  with a linear range of 0.1-2 ng/mL (QC tested).

Immobilized Biotinylated Human M-CSF, His,Avitag  at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.2 μg/well) plate, can bind Cynomolgus M-CSF R, Fc Tag  with a linear range of 1-39 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
