概述
- 产品描述ZNF674 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and contains 11 C2H2-type zinc fingers and 1 KRAB domain. ZNF674 may be involved in transcriptional regulation. Defects in ZNF674 may be the cause of mental retardation X-linked type 92 (MRX92). Mental retardation is characterized by significantly sub-average general intellectual functioning associated with impairments in adaptative behavior and manifested during the developmental period. Non-syndromic mental retardation patients do not manifest other clinical signs.

- 存放说明Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.
