Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized ActiveMax® Human Activin A, Tag Free, low endotoxin at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human ACVR2A, Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.4-25 ng/mL (QC tested).
