This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 81.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 105-120 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

The purity of Human M-CSF R, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (MALS verified) is more than 85% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 210-230 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
