Biotinylated Human OX40 Ligand, His,Avitag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Gln 51 - Leu 183 .
Predicted N-terminus: His
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 51.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-80 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

The purity of Biotinylated Human OX40 Ligand, His,Avitag is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 57-78 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
