This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 40.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 45-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human TRAIL R2, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
Immobilized Human TRAIL, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag ( at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human TRAIL R2, Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.6-20 ng/mL (QC tested).
Protocol
Loaded Human TRAIL R2, Fc Tag on AHC Biosensor, can bind Human TRAIL, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.146 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
