Rat IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Ala 27 - Glu 239 (IL-2RB) & Ser 25 - Ala 262 (IL-2RG).

Rat IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag is produced by co-expression of IL-2RB and IL-2RG, has a calculated MW of 30.2 kDa (IL-2RB) and 34.7 kDa (IL-2RG). Subunit IL-2RB is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus and subunit IL-2RG is fused with Twin-Strep tag at the C-terminus. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 40-50 kDa and 55-65 kDa respectively due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Rat IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
The purity of Rat IL-2RB&IL-2RG Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag is more than 85% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 85-100 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
