Human CTGF, His Tag is expressed from human 293 cells. It contains AA Gln 27 - Ala 349 .

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 37.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 36-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Potassium glutamate and Arginine, pH7.0. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human CTGF, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
Immobilized Human CTGF, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Monoclonal Anti-Human CTGF Antibody, Human IgG1 with a linear range of 0.3-5 ng/mL (QC tested).

Loaded Monoclonal Anti-Human CTGF Antibody, Human IgG1 on AHC Biosensor, can bind Human CTGF, His Tagwith an affinity constant of 6.29 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
