Mouse CTGF, His Tag is expressed from human 293 cells . It contains AA Gln 26 - Ala 348 .

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 37.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 37-40 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in Tris with Potassium glutamate and Arginine, pH7.0. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Mouse CTGF, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
Immobilized Mouse CTGF, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Monoclonal Anti-Human CTGF Antibody, Human IgG1 with a linear range of 0.3-5 ng/mL (QC tested).
Protocol
Loaded Monoclonal Anti-Human CTGF Antibody, Human IgG1 on AHC Biosensor, can bind Mouse CTGF, His Tag with an affinity constant of 2.46 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
