蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a llama IgG2b Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 34.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 42-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Less than 0.01 EU per μg by the LAL method.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

电泳（SDS-PAGE）

Human BAFFR, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag, low endotoxin on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

 

活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA

Immobilized Human BAFF, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human BAFFR, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag, low endotoxinwith a linear range of 2-63 ng/mL (QC tested).

Immobilized Human BAFFR, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag, low endotoxin at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human BAFF, His,Avitagwith a linear range of 0.2-4 ng/mL (Routinely tested).

Immobilized Human BAFFR, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag, low endotoxin at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-BAFFR Antibody, Human IgG1 with a linear range of 0.2-5 ng/mL (QC tested).

Serial dilutions of Anti-BAFFR Antibody, Human IgG1 were added into Human BAFFR, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag, low endotoxin : Biotinylated Human BAFF, His,Avitag (active trimer) (MALS verified) binding reactions. The half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) is 1.1323 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

Please note that there may be a cross-reaction between anti-human IgG Fc antibodies and llama IgG Fc tag, also between anti-llama IgG Fc antibodies and human IgG Fc tag.

活性（Bioactivity）-SPR

Immobilized Human BAFF, Fc Tag, active trimer  captured on CM5 chip via Anti-human IgG Fc antibodies surface can bind Human BAFFR, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag, low endotoxin with an affinity constant of 44.5 nM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
