Human IL-13, His Tag  is expressed from human 293 cells . It contains AA Gly 21 - Asn 132.

蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 14.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 15 kDa and 25-35 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
