• 产品描述17β-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 13 also known as 17β-HSD type 13 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the HSD17B13 gene. 17β-HSD13 is significantly up-regulated in the liver of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and enhances lipogenesis. Highly expressed in the liver. Also detected in ovary, bone marrow, kidney, brain, lung, skeletal muscle, bladder and testis.

• 存放说明Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.
