概述
- 产品描述Angiogenesis inhibitor. Inhibits migration,proliferation and network formation by endothelial cells as well asangiogenesis. This inhibitory effect is selective to endothelialcells as it does not affect the migration of smooth muscle cells orfibroblasts. Does not affect the proliferation of cancer cells invitro, but inhibits tumor growth and tumor angiogenesis. Acts in anautocrine manner. Inhibits artery neointimal formation andmacrophage infiltration. Exhibits heparin-binding activity.

- 存放说明Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.
