Human BAFF, His,Flag Tag, active trimer is expressed from human 293 cells . It contains AA Glu 140 - Leu 285 trimer Design.
Predicted N-terminus: His
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by a flag tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 52.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-60 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to Glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 25 mM MES, 150 mM NaCl, pH 6.0. Normally Trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
