Belongs to the CAMTA family. Contains 1 CG-1 DNA-binding domain. Contains 1 IPT/TIG domain. Contains 3 ANK repeats. Contains 3 IQ domains. subunit:May interact with calmodulin . tissue specificity:Detected in whole brain, cerebellum, brain cortex, occipital lobe, frontal lobe, temporal lobe, putamen, heart and kidney. Detected in neuroblastic-type cultured neuroblastoma cells.
